What is the return policy?
Due to the sterile nature of our products, returns are not accepted. However, if your item arrives damaged, contaminated, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll resolve the issue.
Are your products guaranteed sterile?
Yes all of our grain spawn, substrates, and grow kits are pressure-sterilised in a controlled lab environment and sealed immediately. We follow strict sterilisation protocols to ensure every product leaves our facility 100% clean.
How long do the bags last before use?
Unopened and properly stored, our sterilised bags have a shelf life of 2–3 months. Keep them in a cool, dry, and dark place. Once injected or opened, they should be used immediately.
What should I do if I see contamination?
Contamination (green mold, foul smell, off-colour growth) can happen in rare cases due to user error during inoculation. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace bags once they've been opened or injected. Always ensure clean hands, sterilised tools, and a still-air or laminar flow environment when working.
Are these products legal to use?
Yes, our products are for legal use only, such as growing gourmet or medicinal mushrooms like oyster, lion’s mane, reishi, etc. We do not condone or support any illegal use.
